Experimental Marketing: Developed and executed experiences, events and stunts that differentiate clients from their competition, drive brand initiatives, and creates unique experiences that achieve client goals. Strategized and ideated project concepts from inception to execution. Determined project feasibility, created work back plans to support execution to meet budget and ROI. Managed budgets, contracts, location scouting, negotiation with vendors, risk management, ingress/egress management, and staffing.

Content Production: Successfully ran multiple social media campaigns from ideation to fruition, designed and targeted for each clients end goals. Orchestrated the Nike Chicago Marathon around multiple goals and bracketed social campaign that resulted in a 10% increase engagement from previous year and 17M total digital impressions.

Company Growth: Opened Chicago satellite office and grew the staff to 15 full time employees and 200 event staff personnel within one year. Main liaison with Los Angeles and New York offices to cross function with accounting, design, and build teams. Built the Optimist Brand in Chicago. Managed clients and built new client roster.
