Senior Event Manager
Project Management: Oversaw P/L and operating budget for the Dew Tour, a world renowned action sports summer and winter tour with four annual stops. Served as lead on contract negotiations and execution for vendors including Sport Directors, Live Event Production, and On-Site Medical. Liaison with NBC television production, Live Stream Production, and Live Event Production in coordinating technical needs pre, during and post events. Managed a team of 15 full time, 30-45 limited term, and dozens of vendors in day-to-day execution of all event aspects.
Series Development: Launched the Gatorade Free Flow Tour, an amateur skate, BMX, freeski, and snowboard competition series that spanned 30 summer and 10 winter stops. Managed all aspects of the property including operations, partner and agency relationships, grassroots marketing and sales. In 2011 drafted and pitched a bridge year proposal, which cut out $1MM of hard costs between both seasons and finished the year under budget.
TV Production: Oversaw the TV production for the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship that reached over 200 million homes worldwide. Worked as the primary liaison for NBC, SPEED, FUEL TV and all international partners. Coordinated show deliverables and graphic packages based on sponsor agreements. Managed the tech coordination and commercial blocks for the live streaming.
Sponsor Integration: Developed the 2011 Partner Communication Plan for the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Championship, which included a step-by-step breakdown of all deliverables including commercials, in show promotion, on-site signage, web and print ads.
Budget Management: Built and managed budgets totaling $10MM for the Dew Tour, Gatorade Free Flow Tour and Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship.
